West View Elementary PTA Supporter Drive

West View Elementary will be having a PTA Supporter Drive from the beginning of school year until October 21st. We are asking each of you to please help support the PTA with a small donation of $6. Anyone can be a supporter; moms, dads, grandparents, aunts, uncles, co-workers and/or friends.  We are very dedicated to making this year the BEST year yet! So, we are trying to get as many supporters as possible!!

Please complete the form below and send in with your donation(s) with your child in their weekly folder. You may send in cash, check (made payable to WVES PTA), or provide your credit card information.

We will have a school wide competition for the most supporters. The top 4 classes that obtain the most supporters will win a prize.

Thank you for helping support the PTA and children of WEST VIEW!!
